1. Who runs this site

The site nivel-on.md is run by:

The practice operates under a Sanitary Operating Authorisation (Autorizație Sanitară de Funcționare) issued by the National Agency for Public Health (Agenția Națională pentru Sănătate Publică, ANSP) and holds a Certificate of Accreditation issued by the National Council for Evaluation and Accreditation in Health (Consiliul Național de Evaluare și Acreditare în Sănătate, CNEAS).

2. What the site is for

The site is here to introduce the practice: it describes what we do, the services we offer, our opening hours and how to reach us. No medical services are provided through it, there is no automatic booking and no payments are processed, and simply visiting the site concludes no contract with us — these terms are the rules on which we make the site available to the public. The only commitment you give us is the permission to publish, when you choose to send a review (section 5). An appointment is made by phone, on WhatsApp or by email, and the medical relationship begins at the practice.

Using the site is free. Please do not attempt to disrupt it and do not access protected areas. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site correct, current and available, but errors and interruptions can happen, and the content may change at any time.

3. Medical information on the site is not medical advice

The texts about procedures, conditions and skin care are general and informative. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or individual medical advice, and cannot replace a consultation: every case is different and can only be assessed there.

If you have an urgent medical problem, do not use this site: call 112 or go to the nearest emergency service.

4. About results and published images

The result of a dermatological or cosmetic procedure depends on the individual: skin type, age, general health, and how closely the after-care instructions are followed. Published photographs show individual cases and are not a promise about your result.

Photographs and videos showing people are published on the terms described in the Privacy Policy, which also sets out how to ask for them to be taken down.

5. Reviews submitted by visitors

The site has a form through which you can leave an opinion about the practice. When you submit a review, you confirm that:

• you are responsible for what you write, it is your own opinion, and it contains no unlawful, offensive or advertising content and nothing belonging to someone else;
• it contains no information about your health or anyone else's, no contact details, and nothing that could identify another patient;
• you agree that we may publish the text together with the name you wrote, if we choose to publish it.

A review does not appear automatically. We read it first and may decide not to publish it, or to withdraw it later. How the data from the form is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Copyright

The texts, clinical photographs, videos and other material published on this site belong to NIVEL-ON Limited Liability Company, apart from the items noted below. They may be read and shared by link, but they may not be copied, republished or used commercially without the practice's written permission, except where Law No. 230/2022 on copyright and related rights expressly allows it — quotation with attribution, for instance.

The site's visual structure started from a free template (“Luzia” by Qoim), used under Framer's licence for free content. The fonts, icons and map belong to their own authors and providers.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps and to press articles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. When you visit them, their own terms apply to you.

8. Complaints

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here, with the date at the top of the page.

The Romanian version is the original. In the event of any discrepancy between a version in another language and the Romanian text, the Romanian text prevails.
